PRIYA RAMKISSOON
Priya Ramkissoon is a creative director, cultural advocate, and founder of Imiloa Collective, a social creative enterprise championing artisans and marginalized communities through craft, cultural preservation and sustainable design.
With over a decade of experience, she has led initiatives across Southern Africa, Mauritius, USA and the UK, collaborating with the British Council, FCDO, EU, and more to foster cross-cultural dialogue and elevate traditional crafts on the global stage.
Priya also leads the Borderless Program at Amaanah Refugee Services in Houston, empowering refugees through entrepreneurship and creativity.
Through these projects, she continues to bridge traditional and contemporary expressions while deepening her impact within diverse communities both in the UK and internationally.
RAGAVEE BALENDRAN
Ragavee is a UK-based illustrator known for her bold, vibrant work inspired by her British and Tamil-Sri Lankan heritage. Her art explores themes of Identity, community, and culture, weaving together South Asian and British influences to create playful, colourful pieces that celebrate everyday life and shared experiences.
Passionate about inclusive, community-led creative practice, Ragavee brings a deep commitment to cultural storytelling and accessible public art.
